CE@WA’s K-12th Grade Admission Procedure
Thank you for considering CE@WA for the education of your child. Please review the application process described below.

Submit an Online Application

Complete and submit an online application. A $100 non-refundable application fee and the $450 registration fee must be submitted along with any student IEP and/or recent report cards. The $100 application fee will hold your child’s place during the application process. However, it does not guarantee acceptance. Final acceptance will be determined after the curriculum placement assessment. Once accepted, the registration fee is no longer refundable.

Curriculum Placement Assessment

In order to facilitate proper class placement, each student will complete an academic assessment for a fee of $50 per student. This fee will be included on the invoice emailed to you.

A student may wish to visit the school for a half or full day. Please contact the admission office for details. Shadow days are by appointment only and are at the discretion of the admission department. An application must be on file.

All application, assessment & registration fees need to be submitted electronically prior to June 1st. To rush late materials, a $50 late fee will be added after June 1st. Both returning and new families must complete the entire registration process each year. This provides an annual renewal and refreshing of all information.
